(1) After signing the agreement according to Rule 15, the project implementation agency shall request the release of funds from the relevant Fund and Accounts Controller's Office along with a certified copy of the agreement and spending authority in order to operate the project. However, organizations other than government agencies will have to request funds from the BHA Secretariat that implements the project.
(2) After requesting funds according to sub-rule (1), the project implementing agency shall inform the fund.
(3) If there is a written request for disbursement of funds according to sub-rule (1), the relevant fund and accounting controller office shall disburse the funds to the relevant project implementing body in accordance with the prevailing law. However, the secretariat will give an advance amount for the implementation of the project by organizations other than government agencies.
